These terms apply when you place an order on this site. The seller is [To confirm: legal business name and registered address] (“LUNO”, “we”).
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and have a delivery address in the United States.
A reservation is a request, not a completed sale. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, and that confirmation names the piece and material, the complete price, standard US delivery, estimated sales tax, the expected dispatch date, and the estimated delivery window.
If we cannot accept your order, you may take a full refund or move your reservation to the next production cycle. We will never move it without your approval. We may also cancel an order and refund you in full if a piece is unavailable or was listed with an obvious pricing error.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay.
Because every piece is made after you order it, payment is taken in steps rather than all at once: a $100 reservation fee that is credited toward the price, a deposit that brings the product payment to 50% so we can commit materials and production time, and the balance once production and quality control are complete. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you [To confirm: when — e.g. upon delivery].
Eligible standard collection products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with a return fee of 25% of the product price. Made-to-order pieces with bespoke materials or modifications are final sale. See Returns & Refunds and How It Works.
Our furniture is made from natural materials, so grain, color, and texture vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from photos. Dimensions are approximate; please check them against your space before ordering.
